Site Preparation for Driveway and Tiny Home Pad
This project involved a complete land clearing and grading service to prepare a rural site for future development. The goal was to establish a stable and properly contoured area suitable for both a residential driveway and a tiny home placement.
Work began with clearing the designated area of overgrowth, brush, and uneven terrain to create a workable footprint. Once the site was opened up, careful grading was performed to establish proper elevation, drainage flow, and structural integrity for long-term use.
